Based in central London Minnie has a passion for visiting wild and remote places. Her travels have taken her from the chilly climes of the Arctic and Antarctica to the extreme heat of Chile’s Atacama Desert and Africa’s Skeleton Coast.

As well as sleeping out under the stars, living in snow holes and ‘roughing it’ in hedgerows in the name of ‘adventure racing’ Minnie also reports on luxury hotels and spas around the world...
